Transient Learning is an collaborative intersectional education programme between Mumok (Museum of Modern Art in Vienna) and Hint Wien.

Human rights activists, LGBTQIA+ writers, and members of grassroots initiatives and women-led organizations contribute to Transient Learning. The programme strives to reflect Pendleton’s visualisations of a wide range of experiences: from the fleeting reflections to the deeply personal and strikingly monumental. By revisiting Pendleton’s Black Dada: A Reader, the generally accepted system of rules between art and its institutions is questioned and Mumok is converted into a space in which these rules are renegotiated .
